Once we match you with a project, we'll ask you to complete a self-assessment to give us deeper insights into your strengths, aspirations, and skill areas.
We’ll create a Wheel of Skill based on your profile, visually representing your expertise and key areas of value.

Online meeting
We’ll invite you to an online meeting to get to know each other and learn more about you as well.
During this meeting, we’ll also request references to gain a well-rounded understanding of your professional journey.
